Services are designed to assess the need for, arrange for, and provide modifications and/or improvements to an individual’s home to allow for community living and ensure safety, security, and accessibility. The lifetime maximum amount for MHM is $7,500, with an annual allotment for maintenance and repairs of $300 per service plan year.
